Scientific Student Activity at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Miskolc
At the Faculty of Health Sciences, we consider the organization and cultivation of scientific student activities as value creation, with a special focus on talent management - the creation of intellectual workshops, as well as the development of research infrastructure and intellectual potential.
Our task is to ensure that students of outstanding ability are encouraged and involved in research. Aim: to help students develop their talents, their public engagement, their preparation for intellectual tasks, and the development of a professionally sensitive intellectuals sensitive to social problems. The aim of the TDK work is to enable the student to grasp a research problem, to develop a research concept, to operationalise it, to collect adequate data, to analyse the results and to formulate, present and present them in a meaningful way, in the correct Hungarian, thus gaining self-confidence.

Higher Education Institutional Excellence Programme: Creative Region
The University of Miskolc is initiating a regional social innovation research and programme in the Abaúj region of Borsod- Abaúj-Zemplén county within the framework of the Higher Education Institutional Excellence Programme.
The coordinator of the Creative Region. Within the framework of the programme, we intend to carry out a comprehensive study of the settlements of the Abaúj sub-region, mapping the social, economic and cultural values of the region and the characteristics of its public education, health status of its population, the health, functional characteristics and innovative solutions of its institutional system. The aim of the programme is to integrate all previous research results and methods and those resulting from the programme, which:
